This exceptional piece is a functional desk accessory, useful as a special document case, and also to present that million-dollar proposal with style.
A very special and exclusive work of art with incredible quality and attention to detail.
Rare, magnificently figured Amboyna has been carefully hand matched to arrest one’s eyes with its wild figuring’s and imagery. A fine band of Tulipwood, Ebony and Sycamore is inlaid around the edge of the top. The interior is framed with solid timber and fitted in soft suede leather.
Handmade, precision engineered catches and fittings are finished in hard 18K Gold plate. The exterior is protected with a hard-wearing, cut and buffed mirror lacquer finish.
Complete with a hand-stitched ostrich skin handle.
Truly an extreme of sophistication.

Art Deco inspired Box with Shagreen and black Ebony detailing.
A very special little box from the Boucher & Co Collection, inspired by intricate beaded work created last century by the House of Dior, handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail in the Toowoomba, Australia workrooms.
Created from rich, beautifully figured Macassar Ebony sides, black Shagreen lid inlaid with red Shagreen and very fine, solid black ebony lines to create a bow tie design and edged with solid black Ebony moulding. Nickel silver feet and tab are custom made.
The interior is fitted with a fine Italian red leather and timberwork protected with a durable clear satin lacquer.
Signed and engraved with the registered number.
