A relatively large rich dark red burgundy lacquer storage chest box with metal detail by designer Rae Kasian, circa late-20th century, 1980s, 1990s. Box is red burgundy lacquer with rectangular silver metal and small brass nail detail around, finished with a latch lock at front. Designers' maker's mark on side as shown in close-up image. Box is rectangular, a nice size, perfect for holding jewelry, documents, other items, etc., with plenty of room. Dimensions: 10" Depth x 16" Width x 6.63" Height.
