Circa 1820 Regency period work box, English. Infinitely charming with tumbling block inlaid top with triple chain motif inlaid border (repeated along the front edges as well) & boxwood stringing outlining the elevated central top section following down the edges. The body with repetitive inlays of triangles. Quality cast paw feet. Minor veneer restorations & minor losses.
6.25" x 8 1/8" w. at feet, 4" h.
