Mid-18th Century Swedish Pine Baroque Metal Bound Box

About the Item

Mid-18th century Swedish pine baroque metal bound box, circa 1740. Good quality oval baroque period decorative box. Profusely decorated and bound by iron strap work, edging and hinges. All with original studs. Expected surface marks, age splits to woodwork but structurally sound.
