About the Item

Stylish and decorative sewing box / storage box designed by Joost Teders for Metalux Netherlands in 1955. The original lacquered wooden boxes colored in soft pastels are very nice in contrast to the birch plywood tops. These tops swivel to open. The tripod base is made of black lacquered metal. The item is in an original condition and fit in every modern room. The boxes are removable in one movement and can be placed in a different order on the stand. Height: 27.96 in, width: 18.9 in and depth: 11.82 in
