This is a small vintage dome topped box. An Indian, stained pine and brass desk tidy or pen case, dating to the late Art Deco period, circa 1940.
Fascinating and petite box with enthusiastic detailing

Stained pine form presents warm chestnut hues with remnants of leather
Brass fittings accentuate the top and edges with golden tones
