19th Century English Rosewood & Mother of Pearl Jewelry Box

About the Item

A superb antique Victorian English rosewood jewellery box with fitted interior, a removable inner jewellery tray, and fully working lock and key, circa 1850. The lid and front of this exquisite box are decorated with finely inlaid mother of pearl floral motifs. It has a beautifully lined interior in a lovely shade of blue with a white ruched silk interior lid and a white silk base panel. This fine box is in beautiful condition and would make a very special gift. DIMENSIONS 11.75"W × 8.75"D × 4.75"H
