Set Malachite Glass, Flower Vase, Boxes, Perfume Bottles, Curt Schlevogt, 1940s

About the Item

Set of a flower vase, two boxes and two perfume bottles out of malachite glass, a late version of the Ingrid series by Curt Schlevogt. The charming vase is heavily molded with flat cut twelve sided bases with six nude maidens in relief, picking grapes from a vine applied around the top of the vase. The vase has a rounded opening with polished edges. Made in a dense green malachite glass the vases combine polished and matt elements. Measurements: height 12,5 cm - 4,92 in, diameter 6 cm - 2,36 in The two square boxes are very nicely made with a rounded inside. Measurements each: height & width & depth 4,5 cm - 1,77 in The two perfume bottles are designed differently and have a pen to be able to distribute the perfume practically on the skin. Measurements perfume bottle round: height 5 cm - 1,97 in, width 4 cm - 1,57 in, depth 1,5 cm - 0,59 in, perfume bottle two: height 4,5 cm - 1,77 in, width 3,2 cm - 1,26 in, depth 1,8 cm - 0,71 in This is an exceptional interesting set of the famous malachite glass of Bohemia.
