  • 19th Century Antique Burr Walnut Decanter Box
    Located in Northampton, GB
Lifting the brass hinged lid reveals a gorgeously veneered Satinwood interior which houses three Goblets, five small cordial glasses, two intricate mixing glasses, two classic juice glasses and four-cut Decanters with faceted stoppers. Sprung brass clasps secure the goblets on the underside of the lid, and the four decanters are stored in their own individual compartments at the back of the box. Both mixing glasses have their own padded compartments; the five cordial glasses are located securely in slotted sections of the box - they are secured in place by the front of the box which can be folded forward. With the front of the box open, the two juice glasses can be removed from their padded compartment underneath the cordial glasses. A snowflake etching is found on all three types of glasses: cordial glasses, goblets, and juice glasses. This Decanter Box...
