Antique pair of Restoration period gilt bronze candelabra - featuring elaborate Neo Gothic bronze castings of masks, lions and scrolls on trefoil bases with hand hammered and chiseled details topped off with fire gilt highlights - original patina over-all - slender tapering columns support three arms with candle holders to each - fourth central candle holder with removable flame finial - unsigned - France - circa 1830. Excellent antique condition - no loss - no damage - no restoration - minor tarnishing - signs of age and use. Size/Dimensions - Large - 5 1/2" (14.0 cm.) Wide x 5 1/2" (14.0 cm.)
