About the Item

A wonderful and true pair of French 19th century Neo-Classical st. patinated bronze, ormolu and marble five arm candelabras. Each candelabra is raised by a thick, circular Black Belgian marble base with a mottled border. Above each are richly detailed patinated bronzes, with ormolu necklaces, standing on finely chased ormolu foliate designed bases. Leading up from the base is an ormolu tree support with five scrolled branch designed arms, in a satin and burnished finish. With all original gilt.
