About the Item
Rare pair of #101 triple candleholder by Tony Paul for Woodlin-Hall in black enameled iron. Tony Paul (1918-2009) was an American industrial designer who was active from the 1940s through the 1960s. He is best known for his innovative metal lighting and decorative objects, which were characterized by their sculptural forms and intricate patterns. His designs were often made of brass, copper, or chrome-plated steel, and incorporated elements such as cut-outs, perforations, and asymmetrical shapes.
