Asimilar pair of candelabra, representing female figures in classical drapery, is illustrated in the work of Ernest Dumonthier, which lists the bronzes in the collections of the Mobilier National and kept at the Ministry of the Navy in Paris. A suite of four candelabra with additional sconces formerly in the collection of Eugene Fould-Springer were part of the Nathaniel de Rothschild au palais abbatial de Royaumont sale at Christie's Paris, September 19, 2011, lot 6.
