About the Item

Pair of candlesticks is an original pair of decorative objects realized in the Early XX Century. Original nickel-plated metal. Marked R on the base. Good conditions: slight signs of age. Very beautiful pair of objects that consists into two similar objects realized in nickel metal realized with a three-piece screwed profiled design with a slender neck. The work reflects an Art Deco style, a particular style of visual arts of the 20th century, that first appeared in France before the World War I. Art Deco influenced the design of buildings, furniture, jewelry, fashion, cars and movie theatre.
