About the Item
We are very pleased to offer a pair of avant-garde candlesticks, circa the 1980s. The foundation of each piece is a robust cone which then transitions into an inverted cone at the top. The journey between these two points is marked by a sequence of two brass spheres, adding a note of luxury and continuity to the design. The lower cone is sculpted from black marble and showcases intricate white veins; in counterpoint, the upper cone is carved from verdant green marble. This set not only illuminates a room but also the imagination, inviting onlookers to ponder the beauty of juxtaposition and the harmony of design.
