Antique Rococo German Porcelain Candlesticks Holders with Putti, Pair

About the Item

A beautiful pair of antique German white porcelain candlestick holders, in the Rococo style, circa late 19th century, 1880s, Germany. Beautiful details: light pastel colors, gold gilt, small flowers and leaves, putti/cherubs and bird/dove at bottom holding/delivering a 'letter'; in the style of German Meissen porcelain. This set is well over 100 years old. And candlestick holders really pop when paired with brightly colored candles (as demonstrated with bright red wax candles.)
