About the Item

Hand crafted candlestick in spalted birch by local Los Angeles artist Evan Segota. The candle holder features a bubble shape and inset brass cup. Evan Segota is a furniture / product / object designer and artist with a BS in industrial design, and a background in woodworking and ceramics. Each piece is an exploration between sculptural form and functional object, using common and recycled materials as a starting point, evolving through experimentation into unorthodox uses of the components.
