This beautiful late 19th century brass set features a hand-hammered tray with two candle holders The tray is stamped on the bottom and marked Villedieu, short for Villedieu-les-Poeles, a town in Normandy considered the copper capital of France. c. 1870. Dimensions of the tray : Height: 20 cm x diameter: 50 cm Dimensions of each candle holder: Height: 30 cm x diameter: 15 cm.
