About the Item
Merchant & Found Scented Candle - Sensuality Found. Hand poured candle made by our very own team member Sophie, who has her own amazing side-hustle candle business, slhstars. The candles are hand poured and scented with fragrances selected by Sophie. The wax is 100% Soy which is vegan and cruelty free. Sensuality Found – A fresh fruity floral fragrance with notes of red apple, tangerine, strawberry and passionfruit, refreshed by cool floral notes leading to a heart of jasmine, peony and vanilla all resting on a base of woods & musk. The ceramic container is new old stock from the original Belgian confitures factory of Mirland & Co, Frameries Belgium. We salvaged a large number of the jars all stored in original repurposed crates from the original fruit shippers from South Africa. The iron stone jars date from the 1920’s and have never been used. Listing is for one candle.
Workshop Report:
Warning – never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface. Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the ceramic. Burn initially for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Read the safety label.
