About the Item
This stunning pair of modernist candlesticks were handblown by the esteemed studio of Signoretti in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production, circa 2010. They offer conical forms with circular bases that taper into cylindrical bodies. The base is ringed with a sophisticated amethyst tone surrounding a deep blue sapphire center that transitions into a sumptuous emerald on the stem of the candlesticks. They are capped with faceted circular mouths and cantilevering penumbra like bobeches (also in clear glass). With their radiant color palates and exquisite craftsmanship, these candlesticks would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. They are signed Signoretti and are in excellent vintage condition.
