Pair of 19th Century Italian Carved Two-Tone Silver Leaf Candlesticks Prickets

About the Item

These tall Pic-Cierges were created in Italy, circa 1880. Standing on three small, square feet over a triangle base decorated with flower medallions on all three sides, each candlestick has a carved stem embellished with acanthus leaves and an iron pricket at the top to hold a candle in place. The dramatic, embellished candlesticks are in excellent condition and have a rich two-tone patinated silver leaf finish. Measure: 10" W x 10" D x 35" H.
