Pair Of Large Green Glass Hurricane Shades With Plates

About the Item

Two large green thick glass rolled edge hurricane shades with plates. The body of the hurricanes appear to be hand blown into a mold, there are air bubbles in the glass. Both shades with plates are approximately 19 inches tall with a 10 ¼ inch outside diameter at it's widest. The shade itself is 18 1/2 inches, the top is 9 1/8 inches in diameter, the bottom does not have a rolled edge and is 9 inches in diameter. The plate is 10 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches tall. Please note the inside bottom of the plate is convex, so a plate may need to be placed in the bottom for pillar candles to display up right. Both the shade and the plate are some what irregular in shape. Each hurricane shade and plate weigh about 15 pounds. There is scratches on the bottom of the plates from everyday use and indicate there is some age to the pair of hurricanes. The candlesticks and candles are used as props, they are not included in this sale. The brass candlesticks only are listed for sale in my storefront.
