Pair of Mid Century Iron and Glass Hurricanes

About the Item

Cool mid century iron and glass hurricanes, came out of an old RISD alumni's estate. I've never seen these before. Paint has oxidized and is old, spike in the center of the candle holder goes through the whole piece and is basically riveting the whole thing together. Glass shades look mold blown and cut and polished edge. Very nicely done and most likely very rare. Guessing some California design.
