Rare Pair of Tall Sterling Silver Art Nouveau-Style Flower-Form Candlesticks
About the Item
Rare pair of tall, sterling silver, Art Nouveau-Style, flower-form candlesticks, Fisher Silver Co., Jersey City, New Jersey, Ca. 1935. Beautifully and gracefully designed so that each candlestick appears to be a flower within a flower. Each candlestick measures 9 1/2 inches high (at highest point) x 4 inches diameter.across base (widest point). The pair is weighted. There are some small dints on the underside of one candlestick (see photos) that are commensurate with age and use and do not affect stability. Dark areas on sterling silver in photos are reflections. In good, antique condition.
