Wiinblad purchased the blue house in 1966 where he created and entertained until his death in 2006. Signed on the bottom, Bjorn Wiinblad, Det Blaa Hus, Denmark. Excellent ceramic face candleholder in a glossy dark blue to brown glaze. Adorned with curly locks and floral decor. Circa 1970. Very good condition with no major crazing, chips, hairlines or restorations.
Measures: Approximately 6" high x 5.25" deep x 4" diameter.
