Empire mantel clock

About the Item

A Bronze mercury fire gilded empire romantic mantel clock. Attributed to the famous workshop of Thomire a Paris. You see an angel working as a blacksmith sharpening his arrows of love. The combination from the high quality fire-gilded mercury bronzes in contrast with patinated bronzes are very beautiful. The pendule is mounted on a rectangular basement with nice feet.
