A fine quality gilt and patinated bronze library clock surmounted on a white oblong base. Having a gilt bronze eagle finial in full relief above a circular clock face with Arabic numerals. The clock face flanked by two classical figures reading and writing atop an oblong white marble base with bronze panels, gilt bronze putti relief plaque within the central frieze. Origin: French Date: 19th century Dimension: 20 1/2 in. x 26 3/4 in. x 8 in.
