With two classical figures on a stepped markble base surmounted on a pair of yellow marble urn shaped supports, flanking a rectangular plaque with a gilt bronze bas relief of ribbons and garlands surrounding a circular plaque which reads 'Tempvs Omni Revelat' - 'Time Reveals All'.
