Art Deco French Clock by Bayard

Art Deco French clock by "Bayard". Wonderful aged patina in good working condition, 8 day movement, with markings to the front, “BAYARD” over “8DAY”, to the rear, “BAYARD” within a circle, “7 RUBIS JEWELS”. The Roman numerals are deeply etched into the glass face, and the surrounding gilt decoration of discs and connecting spheres, make the clock appear to be “floating”. An Internationally recognized design. All in good working condition, France, circa 1940. Dimensions are approximately: 17.5cm dia. face x 19.5cm high overall.
