French Portico Barley Twist Clock Napoleon III
A beautifully detailed Portico Clock from the 19th century with ebonised and floral inlay.
The clock features intricate bronze work to the top and bottom of the four turned barley twist columns to each side and the pendulum and the clock face surround.
The light coloured boxwood inlay offers a striking contrast to the ebonised background body.
A classic French antique and decorator's piece to suit many places throughout the home.
The mechanism is signed H. Azur.
The clock is currently not in working order and would require parts to the mechanism to restore to working order.
