19th Century French Napoleon III Ebony Painted Wall Clock

About the Item

This elegant antique wall hanging clock was crafted in France circa 1870, oval in shape, the clock is ebony hand painted around the perimeter, the time keeper features colorful hand painted floral motifs on the facade under the glass top and around the porcelain and enamel clock face, signed "Jean Combe a Champdieu" . The clock mechanism is in beautiful working order and has been checked out and cleaned by our service clock man. The clock is in excellent condition with a rich patinated painted finish. Pendulum and key included. Measure: 18.5" W x 23" H.
