Double Sided Train Station Clock, c. 1960s Denmark

About the Item

Fantastic double-sided illuminated railway station clock from Denmark circa 1960s. Each side can be set to a different time/ time-zone. Quintessential Scandinavian minimalist design. Fully functioning, working clock with new motors and internal mechanisms. Glass face illuminates beautifully. Was designed to be hung upside down, but looks great in any position. An iconic timepiece of Scandinavian locomotive history exudes Scandinavian minimalist and modernist design. The clock boasts a sleek polished metal casing which sits atop a steel base. Would add a fantastic industrial touch to any restaurant, bar or home. Tremendous presence in person. Clock face diameter : 27.25" Base width measurements: 19.5"
