About the Item
Mitchell is a Linear Clock featuring a beautiful length of Oak, featuring a unique clock face equipped with sun, mountain, and moon insignias.
Linear Clocks are an invention of Linear Clockworks; these clocks tell time in a calm, simple, and elegant fashion. We use sustainably-sourced hardwoods, creating functional and beautiful works of art. The pointer moves from left to right, and at midnight, they begin to move to the left, taking six hours to reach 6 AM.
On this particular clock, the lettering is done in lovely dark Wenge, in contrast to the lighter tones of the clock face. The pointer is also Wenge, in our chic shark’s tooth design. At 9.5 inches tall and 40 inches long, Mitchell is the perfect functional art piece that will transform any home into a rustic mountain getaway.
Linear Clocks arrive charged, and include a charging cable. They require charging every 9-12 months. They are easy to hang on just two screws, and angled hangers make them easy to level. Linear Clocks also self-adjust for Daylight Savings Time.
