19th Century French Gilt Bronze Encrier Desk Stand

About the Item

French Tulipwood Desk Stand with Gilt Bronze Rococo style surround, a winged cherub sits holding floral garlands whilst looking over a Sevres style porcelain hand painted plaque of a pair of cherubs holding a dove, each side of this sit a pair gilded ink wells. Superb quality I have had the bronze re gilded to a high standard. Circa 1880 10cm tall x 32cm wide x 26cm deep
