Mid-Century Modern Stitched Leather Desk Set Attributed to Jacques Adnet

About the Item

A classic stitched leather desk set in dark green leather, attributed to Jacques Adnet. The set comprises a clock with wind up mechanism and nickel plated stylized numbers on the face in the Art deco style. The clock whch is of a substantial size, has a dark green leather clad stand that has a small area of damage, only visible from behind. The clock is in working order. The letter rack is in good order and is of a useful dimension. The blotter is generally in good order but has a small area of wear to one corner. The blotting pad ill need to be replaced. Measures: Clock : Height 16cm/6.25in, Width 16cm/6.25in, Depth 9.5cm/3.75in Letter rack: Height 14cm/5.5in, Width 29cm/11.5in, Depth 14cm/5.5in Blotter: Height 18cm/7in, Width 18cm/7in, Depth 9.5cm/3.75in.
