Hollywood Regency Early 20th Century Page Turner or Letter Opener Horn and Brass

About the Item

Very large and decorative Hollywood Regency 1920s page turner or letter opener made by hand out of a curl goat Horn and brass. On the brass it reads: AER But the some letters are hard to read because they faded. This collector's item would make a great eye catcher on a big coffee table book or next to a pile of books. Ad it would not misfit in a curiosity cabinet collection either.

Beautiful and rare early 20th century antique yellow gold Kerosang pin brooch for your Kebaya. A Kebaya is an Indonesian blouse without buttons, this golden Kerosang has 4 simple pins with 'claw-like' settings around coral 'buttons'. Usually kebaya pins have 3 pins and are more decorated elaborately in Indonesian style. This one has a more sleek 'Dutch Zealandish' design, that is why I'm pretty sure this antique costume jewellery pin...

Antique heavy cast brass satyr with grapes and grapevines in his hair. With this grape and leafage it easily could be Bacchus and his pointy ears make him also a pan kind of figure. This cup is not as big as the drinking cups you see with the same satyr, this cup is smaller and it has an insert in which a piece of wood with bristle fits. This satyr cup is a pen wipe, from back in the days when people used a fountain or a crown pen and ink and you needed your pen brushed...
