18th Century Italian Baroque Silvered Brass Repousse Frame

About the Item

This original 18th century silver gilded over brass frame is elaborately embossed and chiseled. The central oval is surrounded by rocaille and volute motifs typical of the Baroque period. This will make a unique frame for a favorite photograph, small work of art or mirror. 12.75 inches high by 9 wide.
