Interesting floating photo frame. Some chips to paint as shown in photos.. Wired to possibly light up or rotate but electric mechanism does not function. May be able to repair it at a lamp store or by an electrician. As is.
I believe this is an Art Deco Revival piece but could be actual Art Deco.
