1970s Abstract Free Standing Steel Sculpture Cactus Grass Organic Brutalist

About the Item

A 1970s Sculpture made from thick sheet Bethlehem steel, bent, torch cut and welded. This was purchased in the 1970s by a reseller, from a local sale and have been stored inside since. This sculpture is an organic form with a nod to blades of grass or Peruvian apple cactus. The steel with a natural finish that shows colors of purples yellows and greens when seen at certain angles. Sturdy form that stands almost 6.5 feet tall. Sure to add interest to your design whether its indoors or outdoors. This sculpture would work well with designs from Milo Baughman, Vladimir Kagan, Edward Wormley, George Nakashima, and Paul Evans. Unsigned. Dimensions: 76.25” H x 19”w x 12”D Condition: Some surface rust and scratches. Very heavy. Patina and wear commensurate with age and use. Shipping: This item will ship by personal courier.
