American studio craft movement abstract carved wood sculpture. Minimalistic bust ( head and neck ) set into free form rough cut beautifully figured wood base. Attributed to well renowned American artist sculptor Margery Goldberg ( b. 1950 ) founder of the Zenith Gallery, Washington, D.C. No apparent signture. Circa 1970-1980.
