Wood, latex paint, polyurethane lacquer, epoxy resin.
It's a piece of wood hand-painted with an airbrush. After painting, it has a UV polyurethane lacquer coat. Finally, it has a 4mm epoxy resin cast, sanded and polished, giving it a glass-like appearance.
