Incredible Pair of Found Objects Sculpture Panels After Louise Nevelson

About the Item

A dramatic pair of sculptural Found Objects panels, circa 1970. Cream painted wood frame construction with a heavy plywood back. Varying sections comprised of intricately arranged vintage furniture parts, architectural salvage and wood letters. Stout and expertly crafted. The pair may be mounted vertically, horizontally, or hung together to form a larger wall sculpture. The pieces, while unsigned, are consistent with the wood sculptures of the esteemed Louise Nevelson (1899-1988). Acquired from a Palm Beach estate. Excellent Vintage Condition. The painted finish is as found; flat Cream with a primed plywood back. The price listed is for the pair.
