This playful and positive stone sculpture depicting a bird like face is by one of the Zimbabwean Shona tribe's master sculptures, P. Mupinga. It's rich multi colored stone and simple design allows the piece to be appreciated from all sides.... I purchased it from a Canadian couple who worked and lived in Africa for many years and were great collectors of African art and artifacts.
