About the Item
An abstract sculpture in patinated bronze by Polish artist Stanislaw Wysocki.
Stan Wys studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań in the late 1970s after which he interned at Hermann Noack Bildgiesserei in West Berlin (the foundry that cast works by Henry Moore and Kenneth Armitage), whilst also studying at Hochshule der Kunste. Since the 1980s he has exhibited widely across Europe.
