About the Item
A journey into the depths of emotion, sensitivity, relationships, and the contradictions of the human spirit: this is We Will Be Light / Noi Saremo Luce, the installation by Alessandra Pasqua, presented within the precious, historic rooms of Palazzo Litta for Milan Design Week 2025.
The work is a symphony of sculptures that coexist in a totemic form, giving life to a pulsating machine. The Soundmakers, the starting point of the installation, and original pieces from the artist, are organic sculptures in painted aluminum, featuring openings that allow light to flow through.
Like a megaphone or a seashell echoing the noise of humanity itself, the structure is designed to engage in a spiritual dialogue with the viewer. It resonates with the viewers, capturing and amplifying their energy and vibrations, and invites them on a symbolic journey through the spectrum of human emotions and behavior, an experience of impulses and contradictions, immersed in the ever-rising background noise of civilization.
