A lovely antique Dresden porcelain pug dogs figural group designed by Carl Thieme of Potschappel, Saxony, Germany. Early 20th century, exceptionally executed porcelain sculpture depicting figurine of pug mother and nursing pup.
Marks: Signed with the classic blue 'SP Dresden' (Saxonian Porcelain Factory Dresden) circa 1901 trademark for authentic Dresden porcelain. Also marked with hand painted black "68" and impressed E6422T
