c. 1920s; C.W. Parker Carousel Amusement Co. - Leavenworth, KS Antique gray jumper carousel horse. This piece was designed and manufactured by C. W. Parker, a Kansas-based amusements company. It features a gorgeously detailed speckled gray horse with a low-tucked head and a peek-a-boo mane designed to appear as if it was trailing behind the horse. On this horse is a painted saddle designed to appear like patinated leather, draped with a billowing American flag.
