Austrian cold painted bronze Fox Terrier, c. 1900. A particularly well cast example, with detail such as the eyes well defined. Naturalistically painted in enamels.
He stands upon the edge of a circular onyx dish.
Height of dog – 11.5 cm, 4 1/2”.
Length of dog – 12 cm, 4 3/4”.
Diameter of base – 15.2 cm, 6”.
Condition: Typical minor wear to the enamels. No breaks. No repair.
