Early 20th Century hand carved wooden eagle with a red wash finish. The eagle has out stretched wings and a up right posture resting on a rectangular wooden base. Extensive carving details on the entire sculpture reminiscent of the work of American Folk Art Craftsman Wilhelm Schimmel.
