French terracotta sculpture depicting King Kong. This stunning well executed French Art Deco terracotta sculpture is artist signed. See photo of signature on this listing. The King Kong character was conceived and created by American filmmaker Merian C. Cooper in the early 1930s. This sculpture was created in France shortly thereafter. A most unusual sculpture!
